Helpful with a clingy baby!!

"I can't put my baby down when the sun is out, this has helped so much in getting anything done and for her to not be so fussy. We had a stretchy wrap given to us from a friend and while she liked it, it was hard to use and get her into, especially alone. This is easy for me to use on my own, she is easier to get into a healthy position, and I feel more secure and can carry her longer. 10/10 wish I would have had this from week two! (She was under 7lbs the first week 😁)"

Came in wrong colour straps

"Shown with black straps but comes with white straps. Hand down the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I have been buying many things for the baby so that’s saying something. No apology until prompted, no reimbursement, no customer survey, late replies, return portal that does not work, had to search for a printer and no option for Royal Mail to pick up the parcel from the house, and no staff on other end of customer service line. Best to email them before hand and confirm if the photo matches."

"Coming from a unstructured wrap carrier with various bits and bobs to the baby tula was smooth! The difference is night and day. The baby tula was so much easier to manage on and off and baby took to it instantly! Also, we walked around the stores today and my back was no way as tired as it would get with my previous carrier! Would highly recommend the investment, definitely worth it!"

Straps don’t match photo + awful customer service

"I’ve ordered two carriers now and both have arrived with white straps instead of the black straps shows on the website and order confirmation I received. Their customer service number has never rang through and instead gives the automatic message that the lines are too busy (I’ve tried countless times so I believe it’s just an unmanned number). Not a single apology or accountability in the emails I have sent -just a “thank you for your email”. As new parents it’s hard to go back and forth to the post office for THEIR mistake."

Lifesaver for naps and free hands

"Baby loves this carrier, she will snooze off very quickly. The detachable hood comes in very handy to keep sun out of her eyes and create a darker environment. It was a feature I didn’t know I needed in a baby carrier"

Does this model require an infant insert for newborns? If yes, up to what age/ weight? Thanks
Hello! No, the Free-to-Grow Carrier does not require an infant insert for carrying your newborn. Only the Tula Standard Carrier requires a Tula infant insert when your baby is below 7 kg.
