Stressed and disappointed

"I ordered this carrier a few weeks ago as a gift for my friends baby shower. Unfortunately the parcel got lost by the DHL and I was advised by DHL to contact the sender. I understand that this part is the fault of the delivery service. HOWEVER, I have since sent numerous emails to their customer services and have been calling their helpline everyday constantly but I am always redirected to an automated voice before the call gets cut. I am so frustrated and stressed about the situation as I’m now out of pocket (this item was not cheap) and will be showing up empty handed to the baby shower. I am so disappointed with this lack of customer service. To anyone thinking of ordering from this site, please be careful that if any issue is to occurred, you will not receive the help you need!"

I like the quality, but am finding it difficult to put on.

"As above, I like the quality, love the design but I do find it really difficult to get on and off. Before this I was using an X Back carrier and a stretchy wrap and this H back is definitely a learning curve, especially if you don't have the shoulder clip right at your neck, it can be really difficult to get on and off. I'll keep trying and maybe it's just a little stiff, but if you have any mobility issues or just general postpartum stiffness 😂😅 I think maybe give an X back carrier a go instead! As it stands I've had to ask strangers for help getting in and out of this when going shopping."

"Great carrier! So comfortable and baby loves being in it. My only issue is, the carrier arrived with cream straps, despite the product listings only showing the carrier with straps. Not a major issue overall but just so others are aware if you're particularly precious about them being black!"

Game changer

"This has transformed things for me. I was struggling with a fabric sling, only able to put it on with the help of my partner to now clicking this on and baby in within less than a minute on my own. It is soooo easy to put on and get baby in. It’s super comfy and baby loves it too! They can quite easily look around when awake and then are nice and snuggled in when asleep. Well supported. It’s lightweight and the pattern is just lush!! I have a big bag so it fits in there too. Used from baby being 7 lb ish and now 10lb ish and very comfortable. Cant comment on heavier weight or wearing on back but really pleased so far!"
