- Do the toddler carriers come with a hood or the hood needs to be bought separately?
- All of our Baby Tula carriers come with a coordinating sleep/sun hood, including the Toddler Carrier.
- What is the max length that the belt that goes around your hips/waist can accommodate?
- The waistband for the Toddler carrier measures 5" tall and 28" wide. Additional webbing extends approximately 30” (waistband total of ~ 61” long). We also offer a 10-inch Waist Extender that improves fit for wearers, as well. You can find all our carrier measurements here on our website.

- Can the child forward face in this carrier?
- Hi Melanie! No, the Toddler Carrier is not designed to carry your baby facing forward. Forward facing is only possible with our Explore Carrier. If you would like a carrier with the option to forward face, we'd recommend our Explore Tula Baby Carrier that allows you to face in, face out and back carry. Although the ideal age span for forward facing is between 6 and 10 months due to the height and weight of the child and the comfort for the child and the person carrying.
