"We changed from a Baby Bjorn to this carrier because Tula was so much more comfortable now our little one is over 10kg - will definitely be recommending this to other new parents, especially because it is really easy to switch it up and baby wear on the back as well."
"I ordered an explore carrier and I received it. Although I was concerned after placing the order due to: 1. They use shopify and some of their automated emails may seem dodgy- like the first saying that your order has been placed but the shipment will be delayed and you can’t cancel the order anymore. Don’t worry you can send it back within 30 days from receiving it. 2. They use two tracking pages, first is their internal one tracking shipment from Europe to Uk. Once custom clearance is completed in Uk. It is picked by local carrier and you can track it yourself with the tracking number they give you at the beginning, e. g. DHL. Before that, you will see information that you parcel has not been picked by DHL. 3. Their customer service is just limited to email address. Their telephone number is just automated service, so no use. However, Ivonne responded to my questions even within the same day, and she was able to provide me with detailed explanations. Overall because they use some automated tools, which are as good as the updated email templates, and less human involvement that’s why it might look to you as concerning. Hope this helps."

"I used an Ergo 360 with my first baby and I can not express how much more comfortable the Tula Explore is. I can wear it for hours with no discomfort. I started using it when my baby was a month old and was able to adjust it to fit him well. He loves it. It has saved us during the witching hour(s)! Highly recommend. Linen is also much cooler feeling than other carriers I’ve tried. Plus it is beautiful!"

"Gorgeous design - love the linen, the sleek adjustments (buttons and snaps), and the integrated elastic to hold the straps when tightening. However, even on the smallest setting, it's just slightly too big for me (4 ft 11 in / 120 lb). When tightened, the key loop (what a nice feature) wraps around the belt at the top enough to dig into my hip which is less than ideal. Otherwise, lovely carrier!"
